I have a different surname in class 10th marksheet(surname: Roy)and class 12th marksheet(surname: Ray) , and while filling up the neet ug 2022 form they ask for the class 10th marksheet, so will my NEET form be rejected ?

There are very low chances that your form will be rejected on the basis of difference in last name. But for the safe side, I will suggest you to correct your documents, you can do it by visiting your school. School management will definitely help you out with your issue.
