Yes you can get BPT through neet in Maharashtra no need for CET. There are many colleges in Maharashtra giving admission through neet and some of them conduct their own entrance exams.

You did not mention your category in the question so considering you as general category candidate, it is difficult to get mbbs seat in government colleges at 161 marks in neet. You can try out other courses or private medical colleges.
