Iam from Maharashtra... I haven't given cet exam but I have given NEET and am qualified... can I get admission in BPT through 12th and NEET marks only...?

Yes you can get BPT through neet in Maharashtra no need for CET. There are many colleges in Maharashtra giving admission through neet and some of them conduct their own entrance exams.
