Can you help us with more information as in the Category you belong to, the year the caste certificate was issued to you? This will help us help you with relevant information. Also please do help us with the State Counselling you are referring to because each State has its own rules.

Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Lucknow also known as UPDGME will conduct the UP MBBS 2020 counseling. The counselling process of NEET will be conducted in a total of three rounds including a mop-up round.  DMEET has not yet declared the dates for the counselling. Keep an eye on the official website for the latest information. For now all we know is UP MBBS 2020 counseling will be held in the online mode. Hopefully the dates will be released soon by the officials.

Dear student

If a candidate wants to claim the EWS reservation, he or she must produce Caste Certificate, Caste Validity Certificate and Non-Creamy Layer Certificate at the time of physical document verification process. However, the EWS candidates should also produce eligibility certificate issued by the competent Authority.

So yes, you need a non creamy layer certificate along with other certificates.

If your query is regarding NEET AIQ counselling then please check your NEET-UG 2020 admit card once and fill the details according. Double check the details that you have filled in the registration page and the details in admit card. If there is even a single spelling mistake or incorrect date then it will display such message.

The BAMS and BHMS program AYUSH counselling important dates are

Round 1 counselling

• EXPECTED DATES- Registration, payment of fee, choice filling, seat allotment-  first week of November
• Reporting in the allotted institute - 2nd week November

Round 2 counselling

• EXPECTED DATES- Registration, payment of fee, choice filling, seat allotment release- third week of November
• Reporting to the allotted institute- last week November
  
  

Mop-up round of counselling (For Central/Deemed/National Universities)

• EXPECTED DATES Online Registration, Last date to pay the application fee, Choice filling, Seat allotment list will be released- First week of December 2020
• Reporting to the allotted institute- Second week of December 2020

The procedure for All India Counselling is as follows:

The online registration along with payment and choice filling takes about 7 days

On about the 8th day you have a 24 hour window to lock your choices

Seat allotment occurs soon thereafter (9th day usually) and takes one day.

The results are out by the next day and an additional 6 day window is given to candidates for reporting to the allotted college.

You haven't mentioned which Country's passport does your son hold. We also need the information as to which Country's citizenship does he hold. This is important for us to assess your son's Nationality and help you with relevant information. For example, if he was born in India, holds Indian Passport and studied in Maldives for few years, he is still considered as an Indian Citizen. But if you are a NRI, your son wasn't born in India but you are an Indian National, then he will be considered a NRI. If you were not born in India and do not have a Indian Citizenship he will be considered to be a Foreign National. You'll receive all the messages/ announcements/ information whatever send by them to your mobile number, and as well as to your mail id.

So you don't need to bother about it and its not necessary to update another mobile number.

Hi Sibani,

I am sorry to say that now you can not change your category during the counselling time. Once during the registration you have given Unreserved category then you will have to go with that only for the NEET counselling process.

For corrections, time were given, and you could have made the change then but now that is not possible until NEET announces any such official notice.

In this case, i will suggest you to participate in counselling process mentioning your category as "Unreserved/Open".

The only criteria to be eligible for any kind of reservation is that you need to fill it in the reservation column at the time of form filling of NEET. As you have not filled any kind of reservation in the NEET form you will be strictly considered under General Category.

Claiming your reservation at the time of counseling won't be accepted.
