Hi
You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am assuming you from general category
It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get seat or not as cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.
But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 531 marks you hold a chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College
For example, in neet 2019, 480 marks for general category was the cut off marks to get a seat in Government Medical College under Uttrakhand State quota and it was for GOVERNMENT DOON MEDICAL COLLEGE, DEHRADUN
You also have chances in following Government Medical College under State quota:-
*GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, HALDWANI
Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but cutoff keeps changing depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a better picture of the college in which you have chances and to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at
It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling
Thankyou
The procedure for state counselling and all india counselling is different and unrelated. It is not necessary that you attend both of them, you can attend either one if you are confident enough. Even if you do not register for All india counselling, you are still eligible for the state counselling you are interested in, and vice versa is also true.
After registration in NEET counseling portal you have to pay the NON REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE and REFUNDABLE TUITION FEE.
NON REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE:
REFUNDABLE TUITION FEE:
You have to pay the registration fee and tuition fee once during counseling process.

What is process for BPT course ?
I assume you are asking whether it would differ or not if you are taking admission through state quota belong to SC category. No, the fee would not differ it would be the same for all categories and it does not matter whether you are from state quota . SC or state quota reservations work only for reserving a seat which means you would have lesser cutoff for these criteria but the fees is same.
Hope it helps.
Good luck.
