i am from haryana..can i apply for state quota counselling of uttar pradesh to get private college mbbs seat..neet ug 2020

rachanapbennur 31st Oct, 2020

Hello Harshit!

You can apply under state quota only if you:

  1. Hold a valid domicile certificate of that particular state
  2. Or if you have completed your boards that is, 10th and 12th from that stare.

If you have met either of the above two eligibility critirea then you can apply under state quota. Otherwise you must try for govt colleges and deemed private universities in Uttar Pradesh through All India Counselling.

I HAVE GOT 250 MARKS IN NEET UG 2020 I M A PWD CANDIDATE WHAT ARE MY CHANCES

Abhishek Khurana 31st Oct, 2020

Hello Student

I would like to inform you that considering the PWd category this is a very high score ,but you have to just be patient and you will definately going to be in a very good medical collage. There is a probablity that you ca get a very MBBS collage in second or mop up round ,but it all depends in your core category and your state .

At this score on considering the previous year's statistics the following collages can be expected from the aiq:-

Gajra raja medical collage.

Sn Medical Collage, Agra.

LLRM Meerut.

If you have any other reserved category other than gen then you have more chances to go to a more  better collage.

my daughter scored 531 marks in neet UG 2020, can any chances of getting MBBS Seat in Uttarakhand State govt. quota. i have domicile of uttarakhand.

ADITYA KUMAR Student Expert 30th Oct, 2020

Hi

You have not mentioned the category you belong to, so I am  assuming  you from general category

It's quite difficult to predict that whether you will get  seat or not as  cut off marks/rank for medical colleges keeps changing every year  depending upon various factors like  number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

But when we go through previous data then it suggests that with 531 marks  you hold  a chance to get a seat in a Government Medical College

For example,
in neet 2019, 480 marks for general category was the cut off marks to get a seat in Government Medical College under Uttrakhand State quota and it was for GOVERNMENT DOON MEDICAL COLLEGE, DEHRADUN

You also have chances in following Government Medical College under  State quota:-

*GOVERNMENT MEDICAL COLLEGE, HALDWANI

Above prediction is on the basis of past year data but  cutoff keeps changing depending upon many factors as mentioned earlier, so to have a better picture of the college in which you have chances and
to get the complete list of colleges in which you have chances, you can go through our college predictor at

https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-college-predictor?icn=QnA&ici=qna_answer

It gives you a personalized report with top college in which you have chances for admission , with the help of predicted colleges you can make better choice while filling your choices of colleges during your counselling

Thankyou

can a candidate participate in state counselling if he doesnt pay registration fees in AIQ Counselling...then how he pay fee in state counselling if there is more then 1 state..neet ug 2020

DrTeeth 30th Oct, 2020

The procedure for state counselling and all india counselling is different and unrelated. It is not necessary that you attend both of them, you can attend either one if you are confident enough. Even if you do not register for All india counselling, you are still eligible for the state counselling you are interested in, and vice versa is also true.

Dear student,

Central Seat Allocation Board conducts csab special round counseling and this special round counseling is organized for filling the vacant seats in all nits, iiits, or gftis and iiest after josaa counseling .

Now there is no dates released for csab special round counseling, but it can be released soon as csab neut registrations had been started. So better you check the offical site of csab regularly for updates.

Now for csab special round counselling for nits, iiits, gftis, you must fulfill the basic eligibility criteria for participating in csab special round counseling :-

  • You must have given JEE Mains by securing a valid rank.

  • If you are are not allotted any seat in JoSAA or didn't participated in JoSAA counselling, then you can participate in CSAB special round for NITs, IIITs and GFTIs 2020

  • If you have been allotted any seat in NITs, IIITs or GFTIs through JoSAA and retaining your JoSAA seat, then also you can participate in csab special round counseling.

And for participating in csab special round counseling, your have to give rs. 36500 ( for general/obc), and if you got allotted any seat in special round counselling and you accept it then you have to pay seat acceptance fees of rupees 35000 ( for general/obc), but if you have already paid that in josaa counselling then there is no need for payment of fees once again.
