According to the neet cutoff , minimum rank required  for admission in anesthesia is  between  450000 to 520000  so by your rank there are no chances of you to get a anesthesia and you can even check by yourself by using the college predictor for neet  . here

The counselling will take place under 15% all india quota which include deemed university, central university  and seat of ESIC and AFMC. For the 85% state quota will be conducted by respective states and even for th private college for the management quota also. For the all india quota
