Candidates must have complete 10+2 education and had scored at least 50% marks for General and OBC and 40% for reserved in Physics Chemistry, Biology and English as a main subject . Candidates must have qualified NEET.

For MBBS in Nepal, you must qualify NEET. Your class 12 marks do not matter. However, here is the NEET eligibility criteria-
Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects from a recognized board.
Class 12 or equivalent appearing aspirants are also eligible to apply for NEET.
The class 12 percentage required for NEET 2022 exam is separate for each category and can be listed as under. NEET eligibility marks in class 12 to be considered are aggregate marks only for PCB subjects
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
Since you belong to the OBC category, your PCB aggregate must be more than 40%.
Further, you must qualify NEET UG to take admission in the MBBS course in Nepal, according to the cut off for that year.
