New Horizon College of Engineering, Bangalore
Yes of course. Cse in NHCE Bangalore is a good choice. The placements and packages for cse students is also good. And most importantly you will get to learn about various programming languages and the professors of cse in the institute is also good. So you can go for it if you want
Hi aspirant,
If you take a look at the companies that come for recruitment, apart from 2 or 3 companies none of them are related to the automobile industry. Most of them are from IT industry. So, honestly speaking unless you do your masters you won't get decent placement. If you want to go in IT industry, then you'll get placed else you'll have a tough time in college.

All the best
Hello there,
In terms of education and labs the college is average. The college does not offer good placements either. The placement in core company is average and limited. The college offer good placements for IT and computer science students only. The placement is not that good for mechanical engineering students.
Hope this helps.
ALL THE BEST!!

The Department has been accredited by The National Board of Accreditation (NBA) and has a total strength of over 700 students, with highly qualified, motivated and experienced faculty members. The Computer Science & Engineering Department strongly emphasises on learning fundamentals and analysing the latest technology to develop students’ creativity by encouraging them to take up projects with varying levels of complexity. To meet the dynamic technological changes, efficient training sessions are provided on curriculum subjects and beyond. The course work is designed in such a way that it is in keeping with the vision of the CSE Department, and provides excellent quality of education which will provide the students with the necessary skills to build computing systems for a better world. The department is wide open to innovative ideas and methodologies, and is constantly striving to establish itself as the most sought after excellent learning center in the state of Karnataka.
Good luck,
Hope this helps you
I have a friend there..He told me CSE placement are far better than any other branch in New horizon..Where lower branches like Ece and eee struggle a lot to get in a decent company,Cse people get it without alot of hustling..
But you got nothing to worry about..There are good placements there. Many companies visit campus for the placements. Here, the placements drive is provided to the student until one year after their passout. Here, many cores, non-core, BPO companies come for the recruitment. Also, a good package is given to the selected candidates. Some of them also have a bond of 2 or 3 years.
And even if none of this helps.. I would suggest work on your coding skills being in the CSE branch and even if college doesn't offer a placement of your satisfaction you'll be skilled enough to sit for off campus interviews…
Hope this helps…Best of luck
