frankly to say there is no much diffrence in the both the colleges while they are same institutions. while place , faculty only makes the change.

However New Horizon is well known brand and shall have positive impact for offcampus placements. 

Kristu Jayanthi College is not well accredited as compared to New Horizon and hence not recommended.

No doubt you will be given books isssued by library but purchased books are better

New Horizon college of enigneering is a good college and also the placement is average . And is better than many private colleges .

So thee structure of bachelor of engineering program is RS 175000 per year.
