New Horizon College of Engineering - NHCE, Bangalore is a better option for ISE.

Please mention the course you want to know the fees structure about, however I'm providing the fees structure for all the courses :

  • Be-350000
Scholarship is given on the basis of your performance in the college, not on your 12th percentage.

Is new horizon college of engineering is better than Dr ambedkar institute of technology for ise?

deepanshuj0108 Student Expert 27th Jul, 2019

Hello aspirant, in my opinion Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology is better and here is the brief review of the college.

Placements : Dr AIT has a placement cell, and as far as I know, CS and EC branches have good placements. Mechanical and other one or two branches are negligible. TCS blindly recruits 50 to 60 students, like charity placements. The highest salary package offered in CS is 5 lacs per annum. The average salary offered is Rs. 30,000 per month. TCS, Tech Mahindra, Infosys, and software companies Intel have visited the campus for placements.

Infrastructure : Dr AIT has a good infrastructure. The classrooms and hostels have good benches and nice flooring. There are smart classes and nice auditorium. Labs are well-equipped and have versatile instruments. The college provides Wi-Fi facility, but does not have good signal strength. There is also a well-furnished library with a lot of books.

Faculty : Teachers are helpful and qualified, but one or two teachers are not. Teaching is done on the blackboard, and the teaching quality is above average. The faculty to student ratio is good as there are many teachers. Exposure to the industry is quite low, and the autonomous curriculum is quite challenging.

Other : Events conducted in college are numerous. Sunsktuthi and Kalarava are the main events of the college. The campus is quite small. There is a single ground for the whole college, and the sports complex is like a shed in the corner. The mobile network is also low inside the campus.

Which should I choose between NIE Mysore CSE (comedk seat) and New Horizon college of engineering bangalore CSE (kcet seat)?

G H sirisha 23rd Oct, 2020
See both are good college and if you see as per the fee structure through comed-k the will any chance in fees as compared to payment seat fee but through k-cet your fee won't be that much as it is fixed for every college by Karnataka Government .
So you decide now which you could choose
Thank you !
