Hello Aspirant,
As we know that as of now in Maharashtra cases are gradually increasing again which seems to be the second wave of COVID-19 and the circumstances are becoming unfavorable and the Maharashtra government has decided to keep the schools and colleges closed till November 30th as a preventional measure and if we discuss about the latest UGC Guidelines which have been issued two days ago, then it clearly states that from November 1st new session should be started for first year students either in online made or offline mode whichever will be most convenient as per the situation. There is no any news regarding reopening of schools and colleges in Maharashtra. As of now online classes system has been adopted by almost all institutions. Also note that the colleges are allowed to reopen with the proper consent of respective state government or UT governments.
I hope this information cleared your doubts.
Good Luck!!
As for colleges, a decision on opening campuses will be taken after Diwali. Higher and technical education minister Uday Samant said a decision for college students to return to the classroom will be taken by the CM and vice-chancellors after Diwali, adding not all VCs are in favour of resuming physical classes. The decision will be based on UGC's guidelines and in consultation with the State's Disaster Management Council on Covid-19, he said. Classrooms may be split or shifts introduced when schools reopen Schools are likely to adopt a wait-and-watch policy even if the state government gives them a go-ahead to resume classes on the campus starting November 23. “We have a plan in place for the reopening but the online learning for higher classes has also streamlined over the past months. We might want to call students only for science practicals and assessments. The teachers will stay connected from the school so that any student who doesn’t come to class can also learn from home,” said Chandrakanta Pathak, principal, HVB Global Academy, Marine Drive

Dear Candidate,
Even though the Union Education Ministry had issued guidelines to state to reopen the colleges from 15 October. Maharashtra minister of higher and technical education said that the current pandemic situation in state is not conductive to open colleges and universities.
The minister said that the decision of reopening of schools and colleges will only be taken after assesing the covid condition. The decision of reopening colleges and schools in Maharashtra will be taken only after Diwali. Once the ministers take the decision regarding opening of colleges you will be notified immediately. After getting the notification it will atleast take one month to reopen the colleges.

Hello Purvar!
Sometimes due to heavt=y traffic on the server, the network does not respond quickly. Or it might also happen due to technical glitches on the backend side of the website. So wait for sometime and try again. If there is any serious issue then MCC will put notice regarding it.
The thing you are talking about is probably a brigde course which might be offered after completion of BDS/BAMS/BHMS. This is not official yet, at the government's decision is still pending in order to weigh pros and cons.
And to answer your question, yo u will not be allowed lateral entry into MBBS after completing 2 years in BAMS or BHMS . A bridge course can be done after you complete your degree and crack the entrance. It is proposed to be a three year long course.
Hello,
Seems like that your question is not complete, would suggest you to post the complete and precise question for All India MBBS Counselling.
However for All India Quota seats, 15% seats are reserved on All India basis for admissions to various colleges.
Thank you.
