my neet state combined rank is 6192 for round 2 in rajasthan ug medical counselling.......are there any chances of getting govt college....should I attend the counseling or just continue with my preparation for next attempt (if theres no chance) ?

You haven't specified your category nevertheless you have almost no chance in your state  if you are from general category at this much rank so it's better to start your preparation for next year.

No, once you do registration in the yojana, then you cannot deregister yourself because there is no such provision of taking back the name.

Accept and Freeze simply means Accept the seat, and do not participate in next round and also you will have to pay the seat acceptance fees.
So, you will not be able to participate in next round of counseling. If you will not freeze any seat then

75% or top 20 percentile criteria is considered as the criteria to get admission in NITs and IITs. As you have got 89% you are eligible for the admission in NIT and IIT.

Yes you are eligible to be appear in JEE 2021.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

The candidates who have passed 12th examination in 2019 or 2020  or those who are going to appear in their Class 12th examination or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2021 are eligible to appear in JEE Main 2021.

i want to take drop for jee main and i have question that i passed 12th this year from Maharashtra and Maharashtra HSC exam was totally completed all papers were conducted there was no average marking . if i take drop then next years jee main for 75% criteria they accept this mark?

Hello aspirant,

If you take a drop this year then whatever you scored in your 12th standard would be taken into consideration to check whether you scored above 75% or not. If this year you did not scored above 75% then you could give your 12th standard exams once more

Allotment of seats in IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs are processed as per your rank, your preferences of choices and the cutoff rank of any particular institute. It may happen that the institutes you have selected have higher cutoff rank than your rank. You should check the previous years' opening

You have to register again for the second round of counselling the way you did for the first round you have get your documents verified again by the aktu team and after a few days you can check for your choices be website.
