It is mentioned well and clear in the eligibility criteria of the AP ICET counselling that it covers the providing of marks scored in all the subjects. Therefore, if you're willing to attend AP ICET counselling, you have to complete appearing and clearing all your subjects.

See if you have been allotted a seat in Round 2 and you are not satisfied from it then you can go for mop-up round but note that if you get any seat in mop-up round and that also not satisfied you then your security amount will not
