Since you had already joined through the management quota, it is not possible to get full fee reimbursement even if you got your ration card. You should take any decisions before the seat acceptance only. Once you joined it is not possible to convert into convenor quota.

I believe that if you have qualified in AP PGCET in the year 2020, then you cannot use this year's rank card for admission in Mtech for next year. You will have to reappear if you are taking admission in MTech next year. With the rank card
