Practically if you see there will be 100% seats which are vacant in round 1. By round 2 the number of seats which are vacant will be reduced because candidates who are allotted seats in round 1 may accept the seat and join and few keep it in reserve

It depends upon the category you belong to. If you are from General Merit category then  don't think you can get any course with this rank. Same with 1g, 2AG or 3AG.

But if you are from SC or SC category then you can get various stream in Engineering courses
