No you have to give only those exam in which you have reappear or failed to get a minimum marks.
So only physics and chemistry exam you will need to give next year, but you can give the improvement exam of other subjects if you wish to give.

According to the latest eligibility criteria of National Talent Search Examination (NTSE), students who are currently enrolled in class 10 from any recognized school/board are eligible to apply for NTSE exam.
So, after coming in Class 11 you can't enroll for NTSE exam.

A diploma holder can appear in JEE Advanced, by applying JEE Main. But their rank and score in JEE Main will not be considered for admission in NITs and CFTIs. If you are not going to IITs you can apply for other engineering colleges where they take diploma students

You cannot give partial improvement and be eligible for JEE advanced. what students who are not India top 20 percentile of respective boards and want to improve their score must have to appear in all the subjects to be eligible for JEE advanced next year.
