Hello aspirant,
I hope that you are doing absolutely great.
With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that if you've not allotted any seat in the first, second and second extended round KCET counselling , then do not worry as there will be another round counselling for KCET and that is Special round counselling.
If you will get any seat in Special round counselling, the well and good. But, if you still not able to get any seat in Special round, then you can drop this year and could appear for the KCET examination again in the next Year also.
Further, for more information about the KCET Counselling , you can check the below link ;

I hope that this will help.
Since you have not mentioned your home state so considering it as Bihar according to your profile.
See it is quite difficult to help you with the exact list of colleges as the counselling is yet to be conducted and the cut-offs keep on changing every year but yes we can provide you the list of colleges that you can get based on previous years cut-off data.
So according to the data, on such marks and category you have good chances of getting some government medical colleges in Bihar under state quota according to previous year's cut-off. So if you are getting government medical colleges in Bihar then you should definitely go with it and also if your aim is little higher like for AIIMS then also you should go with the state quota counselling and should get into a good government college and meanwhile keep preparing for NEET 2022 then you can appear for NEET 2022 and if you get good marks then you can shift to your dream college after withdrawing your admission from current college, but this option would only work for you if you have decent financial background means you don't have any financial issue because you have to pay fee for current year for which you will study in the college of Bihar.
As we go through previous year's cut-off then it shows that you have chances in following colleges :-
Anugrah Narayan Magadh Medical College and Hospital, Gaya - 578 marks
Government Medical College, Bettiah - 576 marks
Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, Bhagalpur - 585 marks
Shri Krishna Medical College and Hospital, Muzaffarpur - 583 marks
Vardhman Institute of Medical Sciences, Pawapuri - 577 marks
And some more. You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the link given below :-
NEET 2021 Cutoff Bihar (2021, 20, 19, 18, 17): Expected & Previous Year Cut offs (careers360.com)
