What will happen if I select "surrender allotted seat and participate in next round" in first round of csab? Will it actually only remove the college(in which I was allotted a seat) from my preference list and make a seat allotment or anything else?

pandeyadarsh951 20th Dec, 2021

in such a scenario the csab will accept your rejection and your current seat will be assumed to be vacant and will be available for counselling in the next round for other candidates but you will not have any say on it . Also csab will allot you if possible only those seats which were above the current seat in you preference list in the second round and that seat will be binding for you if you get it. Note that you will have no right over your previously rejected seat.

this yr I am dng BHMS...n next yr if get MBBS govt seat...will I hve to pay bbhms full fee to live tht course n join MBBS?

Subhrajit Mukherjee 7th Nov, 2021

If you have a bond then you have to offer the bond money in order to leave the seat. Now apart from this if you don't have any bond (which is quite unoften) then you have to pay some fixed amount as a compensation which will be introduced to you to college or by the board. So yeah! you have to pay some amount of money if you cancel your admission.
