the concept of partial drop is prevalent nowadays . this give you time for preparation without wasting time. many private and government universities offer btech in biotech, but you will have to take jee mains exam first.
Hello Dear ,
No,there is no rule that if you fail in exam held by University you have to pay tuition fees again ,you only have to paid back paper fees mainly 2-3k I think so.
If a student fails, no matter how many times, he/she has to pay only the exam fees. In gujarat, it roughly around 2k as exam fees and 500rs for the form.
But no extra fees can be collected by the institute.
I have personally seen a case, in which a self financed medical school was collecting ' tution fees' from the students who failed in their University exam. Fortunately, they had their receipts and they filed a petition in high court and they won. They got refund of their full tuition fees with interest within 1 year of filing the petition.
Hope this will help you.....
Hello aspirant,
As per the previous year cutoffs trend at your score you have less probability for getting admission in government ayurvedic colleges. But you can try for private BAMS colleges in your state and others.
However remember that cutoffs changes every year due to various factors such as number of students attempted exam and number of students participated in counselling, difficulty level of exam, reservations and more. So nothing can be predicted with certainty until the official announcement of cutoff.
You must try for private BAMS colleges in Maharashtra and Karnataka where the fees is also very less as compared to other states. You can also try for other medical courses like BDS, BHMS Unani, yoga and naturopathy and veterinary etc.
For college options at your score you can use our NEET UG college predictor tool:

Hello Vishal, Dropping two year for Jee main is not a good decision. This step have lots of disadvantages: 1. You are two year lag behind your schoolmates. 2. Jee main is not too tough exam so it will require two more year time to prepare for it after class 12. 3. Most of Companies allow 1 year drop with specific reason but generally not consider good if candidate have drop of more than one year. 4. Mental pressure can harm your performance . There are other points which are not good for dropping 2 year for Jee main exam. Candidate have other options rather than dropping two years for Jee main exam. Candidate can take admission in normal institution and prepare for GATE in which paper is comparatively easier than Jee main . With help of Gate exam candidate can do masters from IIT,NIT and various premier institutions. Candidate can do his/her engineering good with good CGPA and directly go for placement, and apply for placement through various platforms such as AMCAT, FIRSTNAUKRI.COM, etc. Hope this helps you.
