Hello aspirant,
To answer your first question, Last years cut off for IIM- A was 99% and so was for IIM-B&C so you have to have at least 97-99%tile in CAT scores, there is no specific score which we can tell that you have to score to have such a percentile, you have to keep in mind that this percentile depends on number of students and also highest marks scored.
You general profile looks good and you have a job experience too, but its important to have a certificate of the same to prove it, all this adds to the score while selection in IIM-A/B/C.
You can always use our IIM call predictor to have a better idea, Here is the link for the same.

and to answer your 2nd question I would like to say that you ensure you have a great understanding and knowledge of the current affairs, you can also use your intelligence in finance to start studying about stocks and shares and also you can have a wide idea about what marketing really is and how to solve cases regarding to it.
I hope it helps.
Hello aspirant, If we compare IMS Gaziabad and Xiss ranchi for it's specific specialisation, then undoubtedly with past records rural management at xiss ranchi stands at a better position. Rural management may involve you in NGo and travelling to villages to work in those areas but that's not always the case. MBA graduates in rural management is also required in CSR wings of the corporate and public sector, livelihoods focused organisations, micro-finance institutions, small finance banks among others. But moreover it's your decision and you should choose the field which interest you the most. Also if you are taking admission this year, then I'll recommend you to please take college reputation in the industry into consideration as placements are going to be severally affected due to covid-19. Good luck
