If you are giving your 12th again with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as mandatory subjects then you can give your JEE mains.
But keep in mind you need to score 75% in aggregate to become eligible for jee mains otherwise you won't be eligible.
In addition to this you need to be in top 20 percentile in the country. If your 2022 is the first attempt then two more attempts will be left for jee mains and for jee advanced only two attempts will be left in the year 2022 and 2023.
To become eligible for jee mains you need to follow some of the rules given by the national testing agency-

I hope you are absolutely fine. As per your mentioned query, National Institute of Open Schooling commonly known as NIOS release the syllabus of class 12 of (2023-2024) batch. If you to download the syllabus then you can download from the official website. So , you can start your preparation according to the syllabus. NIOS segregated the subjects for class 12 into six small groups named Group A, B, C, D, E and F.
