Answering to your question , If you dont think youll be able to aggregate 75% in PCM as you have decided you can give only PCM and you dont need to give practical exam just the theory exam will be exam will be fine.

No you won't face any problem in future if you have completed class xii from NIOS. You will be eligible to appear for Neet and also you may be alloted with medical seat in aiims Guwahati or any aiims depending upon your neet score .
NIOS is National Institute of Open Schooling. All the medical institutes including aiims accept nios marks.
NIOS is recognized by Indian medical council.
Many students whk fsil in one or two subjects appear for compartment exam from NIOS , then after qualifying that exam they become eligible to appear for Neet.
