Noida
Hi Aspirant!
All the three mentioned colleges provides good infrastructure facilities such as smart classrooms, digital and well-equipped labs, cafeteria, internet facility, sports ground, library etc. But Infrastructure of JSS Noida is in good maintenance over other two colleges. Faculty members in all three colleges are highly skilled and knowledgeable. They are always available to help students in any sense.
Coming to the placements for B.Tech CSE, these are ranked as:
JSS Noida > KIT Kanpur > IIMT , Greater Noida
JSS Noida provides good number of placement opportunities in the top recruiting companies such as Adobe, Amazon, TCS, Wipro , Samsung etc. with average salary package of 5-6 LPA and highest salary package upto 40 LPA.
KIT provides appreciable placement opportunities in the companies such as Amazon, Wipro, TCS, Capgemini, Doubtnut etc. with average salary package of 3-4 LPA and highest salary package upto 15 LPA. However, due to pandemic the placement records has been affected.
IIMT also provides placement in the companies such as Wipro, Cognizant, TCS etc with average salary package of 3-4 LPA.
Hope it helps to clear your dilemma, thankyou!

Hey Yash,
Let me share some insights so that it is easy for you to make your decision.
Based on these information, it is advisable to choose CU over Jaypee because of its value for money. Nevertheless you too work out your priorities and make the decision that suits you the best.
Hope this was helpful.
Hello,
When compared to JIIT, Chandigarh University is better for B.Tech CS. It provides excellent internship opportunities and assists students in gaining industrial experience. CU is an NAAC A+ accredited university with professional agreements with Europe's and America's top management schools. Students can also benefit from the corporate advisory committee's expert insight into major global corporations.
The following elements contribute to the success of CU's B.Tech CS programme. Curriculum has been updated. Faculty has a lot of experience. A well-stocked library. The best conference on a national and international level. Also they have Tech Fests with a Friendly Atmosphere. The placement rate is higher than at other universities, and the international faculties. As a result, we may conclude that Chandigarh University is the finest.
Hope it helped
You may apply for it but there is less possibility for you to get CSE (4 years) in Jaypee Noida with this score.
You can apply for Electronics and Communication Engineering (4 years) or Computer Science 5-years (B.Tech + M.Tech) integrated course. There are good chances you may get the above-mentioned courses at JIIT Noida.
You may apply for it but there is less possibility to get CSE (B.Tech) in Jaypee Noida with this score. You may get Electronics and Communication Engineering (4 years) or Computer Science 5-years (B.Tech + M.Tech) integrated course. I can't predict very accurately as the cutoff fluctuates a lot.
Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida
The closing rank is near about 52K. For this, you have to get above 95 percentile.
The closing rank is near about 94K. For this, you have to get above 91 percentile.
Dear Aspirant,
Firstly see the branch you are getting. Cse is the most preferred branch. If you are getting CSE then don't leave it.
Secondly college if you are getting a good college for CSE branch then go for it but if you are getting any other branch and there are many colleges are good in core branch studies .
Thirdly your choice if you want to study core branch studies then you shouldn't prefer the CSe. But if you want to study CSE then go for it.
Jaypee Noida;-
Placements: The highest package offered was of 39 LPA by Adobe and the average package offered in this course is around 4-5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Deloitte. Approximately 90% of the students were placed. The top roles offered are mainly software developer, Data analyst, etc.
Infrastructure: In CSE course there are different labs for different subjects like programming labs, database management labs, etc. There is a very huge library too named 'LRC' (Learning Resource Centre) with many hardcover books, E-books, magazines, etc. The hostel is very well maintained and totally hygienic with totally air conditioned 2 seater rooms. The mess food is totally nutritious providing 3 time proper and healthy meal to all the students. There is a small dispensary in the campus with 24/7 ambulance facility. Also there is a basketball court, badminton court, volleyball court, swimming pool, etc.
Faculty: The teachers are highly qualified with proper knowledge. Most of the teachers have done their Masters from IITs and other well reputed colleges. The course curriculum is proper as they strictly stick to the core subjects of the course. The curriculum is designed in such a way that it makes all the students completely ready for the professional jobs.
NSUT:-
Placements: Around 80% of the students got placed from the first batch of mechanical engineering. However, in the end, all students got placed with the highest salary package of 10 LPA. The majority of students got placed in tech companies. Few mechanical core companies participate in campus interviews. There are no mechanical core internships in our college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is good only in the student activity centre and some other places but does not function in new buildings and sports complex. There are many labs, but they are not good as you expected. There is a sports complex in a huge area. There are 3 basketball courts, a cricket ground, football ground, 2 tennis courts, 2 volleyball grounds, 1 badminton court, gym and 5 table tennis tables, but balls are not available.
Faculty: Most of the teachers are highly qualified and knowledgeable which help students to clarify all their doubts but it does not imply to all the teaching staff. Only teachers of the core branches are good. The teaching quality is satisfactory. But students don't become industry ready for core mechanical companies.
