If you wish to study B.Tech in Computer Science and Chandigarh University is a better option. If you choose JIT noida then it's a very good institution to chase your dreams , the placement provided by the authority is commendable and you can expect a good salary package. But considering the current scenario Chandigarh University is a great opportunity for Computer Science as being a Private University there is equal focus given in research based works, academics and placements.

You can take direct admission in JIIT without any obstacle but if you are choose a CSE branch then you might get pain extra charge in the name of donation because of high demand of CSE branch but you will get that. Make sure you have maths and physics in your 12th as compulsory subject.

Congrats for getting into VIT Vellore , it is one of the best private institutions in India with NIRF Ranking of 15. And to get into Thapar you need a valid score in CAT/ NMAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ MAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ Thapar Entrance Test .  If you scored well in these entrances go for Thapar otherwise VIT is a good option as category 3 is worth it.

The admission are provided in multiple ways for BTech CSE as below:

• Through JEE
• Through 10+2 merit

Eligibility for the JEE gateway:

• You should have 60% marks in minimum at your 10+2
• You must have Physics and Mathematics as the compulsory subject and any one from the subjects Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Technology, Biology, Informatics Practices, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subjects, Agriculture, Electronics, Entrepreneurship, Engineering Graphics and Business Studies.

Eligibility criteria for 10+2 merit gateway:

For 10+2 marks based admissions, candidates should have minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST) in aggregate in 10+2 or its equivalent examination.

Also you have to apply separately for each of the college and the application fee is Rs.1200 for each college and for both the gateways in 2021.

Comparing two colleges that are just like a twin to the other. Jaypee Institute of Information Technology has been a great college in terms of placements, academic and other activities. JIIT 128 and JIIT 62 are somewhat similar to each other.

But I would suggest you go with the JIIT sector 62 . The reason for choosing JIIT is because of the placement and opportunities provided to the students.

I am mentioning both campuses :

JIIT Secor 62:

• Hostel Availability
• Better placements and Academic
• Dress code
• Better campus
• Sector 62 has better availability and places to hang out as compared to 128.
• Good campus life

JIIT Sector 128:

• No hostel availability
• Placement is lower as compared to that of sector 62.
• Dress code.

Since the fees structure is almost the same on both campuses. It is a student who needs to work upon themselves to change the mindset and improve the skill set. College is responsible for providing you with the degree and opportunities chance. But the real action must be taken by the student itself.

When you are talking about a professional course then you should be concerned three factors:

• Placements
• Infrastructure
• Faculty

Now among this two I would say LLOYD will be better than Mangalmay because Infrastructurally LLOYD is more developed. The curriculum is well designed along with on spot Internships which makes the student industry ready. Apart from that the faculty members are well experienced in there fields and can really guide well. Also the college offers decent placements to BBA students as well with average package of Rs. 4 LPA.

Thus if you ask me I would recommend you to go for LLOYD. Now as its your career your opinion matters the most.
