Firstly as your family income is less than 2 lakh you can avail the full benefit of the Scholarship that is up to 100% .

Rather than contacting us here, you must directly contact the NSUT helpline for information regarding your roll no. The campus has not issued the roll no. to us and there is no such information in the admission portal regarding the fact if your roll no. will display in portal.
