my jee main percentile is 86 and my category is ews general. and my board percentage is 97.2 can i take admission in IIIT Delhi, NIT Delhi, DTU, NSUT, IGTUD.?????please tell me

Hello,

it is impossible to get IIIT campus if your rank/categorical rank is not below 6k. maximum closing rank goes upto 7k-8k depending on branch options.

there is a chance for lower NIT campus if your categorical rank is below 20k-25k.

for government institutes or universities, you can surely apply.

This year seats are increased in JAC Delhi , even then I will not get biotech in NSUT/DTU ? My CRL is 149250 General Outside Delhi.

Hi,

As per previous years records, it is quite difficult to get a seat in DTU or NSUT with this rank. As you belong to General category, outside Delhi, you cannot secure a seat as the cutoff is very high for the same for both of these institutes.

It's difficult to predict whether you will get a seat or not. But based on last year's MAX JEE Rank, in round 4, the closing rank for EWS was 2796 for Computer Engg & 3124 for IT for students outside Delhi region.

I would suggest going for DTU. DTU is better than NSIT in almost all scenarios be it infrastructure, placements, campus life, brand value.

Hello aspirant. Actually both college are very good. And now it depends on your choice. If you are interested in core sectors then go for electrical engineering but if you are interested in non core then go for electronics and communication engineering and in my opinion if you have no
