NTA adopts a unique normalization formula to calculate ranks or marks. Normalization is used to equalize the difficulty level of the exams which is conducted in multiple sessions. This is often confusing for students and that is why it is suggested to use Careers360's JEE Main Rank Predictor tool. Since you aren't willing to use it, I can only give a rough approximation of your rank, which may vary significantly with your actual rank. With a percentile of 93, you may have scored approximately 80-90 marks and your rank maybe around 48000-60000.
When it comes to admission possibilities at NITs or IITs, it would be difficult to say exactly whether you may or may not be able to get admission.

we have seen a trend since last few years that NEET results are usually announced after 30 to 45 days of NEET exam, Since this year NEET 2021 was conducted on 12 September 2021, you can expect the results in the last week of October or the starting of November.

NTA will release the provisional and official answer keys in a week's time. You did not mention your category, so if this is your general category percentile your rank would be between 1,74,900-2,10,000. In that case there are less chances of getting a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs.

You should use college predictor tool to know about all possible predictions of your college that you might get in JoSAA and other state counselings. And accordingly you should try for other state counselings.
