Dear student, as per your rank and your category the chances are quite very low that you can get admitted into a government colleges of odisha or some other state governed college, but still you can apply for them, like in bit sindri of jharkhand. You must also sit in jossa counseling so that if there is any chance, a single little chance for you to get any college, then based on your rank you will be provided that college.
Also you can check our college predictor link to get the accurate idea:-

Hello There ,
According to your rank you , would not be getting a seat in the top government colleges ,so you will have to try for other state government colleges .
If your state holds a state counselling for state level colleges , participate in it , and you might get some good or medium government college . Getting the desired branch varies from state to state .
for example ,If you are from Delhi-NCR you should fill JAC Delhi counselling for Delhi state good colleges . Similarly if you're from Uttarakhand you would take UK state level counselling for admission inthose colleges which do not participate in JOSAA .So you need to check the method by which your state , or the state in which you want to take admission conducts the admission procedure .
Hope it helps and All the Best for your Future Endeavors .

Hi. You should have raised an issue in case you felt there was such a discrepancy. Similar incidents happened in NEET as well, so its highly probable that the same might have happened with your daughter as well as the other students from that batch. You should have contacted the NTA helpline numbers, they might have helped the papers get re-evaluated.
Regards
