previous year cutoff as a general category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs,
IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.

Which category do you belong to?
JEE mains qualifying cutoff for different categories is given below
General :- 90.3765335 percentile
GEN-EWS :- 70.2435518 percentile
Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) :-72.8887969
Scheduled Caste (SC) :- 50.1760245 percentile
Scheduled Tribe (ST):- 39.0696101 percentile
PwD :- 0.0618524 percentile
So, with 61 percentile you have qualified JEE Mains examination only if you belong to Sc/ St or PWD category ,if you belong to any other category then you have not qualified jeemains

JEE Main 2020 Cutoff is as follows:-
At 72.8887969 percentile in JEE Main from OBC category you will be eligible for JEE advanced 2020 exam. Yry to perform better there in JEE Advanced as you will not get any good college at this rank.

According to your rank in jee mains and considering your nta score and also considering you as a obc or sc candidate . If you are from obc category you would surely get a seat in dtu in civil, biotechnology branches. If you are from sc category you would lower branches and also electrical branch.

On the basis of your rank and category . You should try to apply for state level goverment colleges of your state . Apply in state specific counselling . You can get colleges there but will not be able to get the desired branch of you choice .

According to your jee mains percentile and rank and taking into consideration that you are from general category ,it is impossible to get any college through jac as the cut offs for these colleges are very high and your percentile is too low .
