You did not mention your category, so if this is your general category percentile your rank would be between 1,74,900-2,10,000. In that case there are less chances of getting a seat in NITs, IIITs, GFTIs.

Seeing your rank and category , chances of getting admission into a top NIT is difficult for you to get a branch of ECE. But you could try getting admission into lower NITs. Where the cutoff trends vary on your percentile, rank and category.
