Hello Ma'am/Sir,
You will only receive intimation from NTA if there are discrepancies in the scanned images uploaded in the application form. You can only re-upload the images in which there are discrepancies. In your ward's the discrepancy was in passport size or post card size photograph so the correction facility was available for only a particular photograph remaining images are discrepancy free. SO you do not worry about it as you haven't received intimation to re-upload signature/thumb impression consider that the uploaded images are accepted.
Hello Vishnu,
If you do not receive a confirmation page, there might be a number of reasons for this. The confirmation page will not be produced if the payment is not successful. It is necessary to make a second payment if the first one was not successful. The money that was deducted previously will be returned to the same account. Upon successful payment, a confirmation page will be created for you to review. If the problem persists, we advise you contact NTA helpdesk using the following link.

Hello,
It is the applicant's responsibility to check the details of the exam such as exam center, exam date, exam time and other details given in the admit card. You have to read the instructions given in the admit card carefully and prepare yourself to attend the exam. As you haven't reached the examination center on time you will not be given any other chance. You cannot do anything about it now. But JEE Main fourth session is yet to be conducted. If you have applied for fourth session then you can attend the exam. Please check the admit card and read the instructions carefully and make the arrangements accordingly.
Since you have not mentioned your category so considering it as general.
According to the mentioned percentile your rank is expected to be in the range of 394765 - 443773 , you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
So on such rank and category you have no chance to get any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs until and unless you deserves Home state quota for some NITs like NIT Sikkim, NIT Silchar, Agartala and so on and if don't deserves then I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for state GFTIs or for private colleges or you can prepare for further attempts of JEE-Main and to help you in your preparation we have some resources which you can access from the link given below :-
You can check out previous year's cut-offs from the official website of JOSAA as given below :-
https://josaa.nic.in/Result/Result/currentorcr.aspx
Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest cut-offs available on official website of JOSAA or CSAB and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
You can also check out the JEE-Main 2021 qualifying cut-off (expected) for JEE-Advance 2021 from the link given below :-

As you have mentioned that you have 50% of disability so you are eligible for 5% PwD horizontal reservation across all categories through NEET provided that you must have valid PwD certificate. Now if your PwD certificate is made by the government hospital of Odisha then it must be valid but for state quota counselling of Odisha and if you want to get seat through All India Quota then you will have to get your PwD certificate verified from any of the listed Hospitals :-
For complete details about NEET reservation criteria kindly check out the link given below :-
https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-reservation-criteria
NTA considers that you must have at least 50% aggregate marks in order to be eligible for NEET. Now as you have 54% marks which is a >50% so you are eligible for the exam. Nothing to worry about it.
I would recommend you to take good preparations for the exam since due to covid a lot of extra time is offered to the students and as a result there can be a possibility of hype in the score of NEET.
