i want an clear answer!!! i m a general candidate (girl) and got 94.5 nta score in jee paper 2 and expected rank 3500 will i get nit to pursue architecture

Sharon Rose Student Expert 30th May, 2021

Hello,

Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances of getting seat in NITs in B.Arch with the given percentile. Analyzing the previous year cut off you need to secure a rank below 1200 to have good chances of getting seat in NIT and to secure such rank you need to score minimum 97-99 percentile. Cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. Do not loose hope you still may apply for admissions in to any other institute accepting JEE Main paper 2 score.

If you wish to know the colleges in which you have chances of getting seat you can use our Architecture college predictor tool using the link below

i take admission in a college and parallely prepare for jee what is the right time to leave college as my 1 st semester completes and i am scoring 100-140 marks in nta abhyas app

Abhishek Roy 21st May, 2021

Once you secure a threshold score in JEE Main in one of the Attempts, assuming youre a General Category Aspirant, that may be anywhere between 96-98 Percentile, you may leave College, completely focus on further JEE Main Attempts Preparation besides, focussing ahead on JEE Advanced and Other Exams like BITSAT. But dont leave College, unless you have an On Paper Record of your Performance in JEE Main. NTA Abhyas App really tricks you and your actual performance might be totally different on test day.

NTA score is 14.6300508 what is my percentile

Sharon Rose Student Expert 19th May, 2021

Hello,

If your query is regarding JEE Main then NTA score is nothing but percentile score. NTA declares the results in terms of percentile scores which are also knows as percentile scores which are obtained after normalization of the JEE Main marks. So, your percentile score is 14.6300508 and the marks are 11-15 marks as per JEE Main Marks Vs Percentile 2021 trend.

To check the marks vs percentile trend for JEE Main 2021 click on the link below

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile

You may not qualify in JEE Main with such percentile. SO you have to appear for JEE Main upcoming sessions if you want to get admission through JEE Main. To check the JEE Main 2020 qualifying cut off percentile click on the link below

https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-cutoff

Cut off changes every year depending on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
