Hello Aspirant, several colleges of Gujrat state like NIRMA university, GEC Surat etc. are taking admission on the basis of JEE mains 2021 scores . Those colleges accepting JEE mains score will prepare a merit list based on AIR of students who have filled admission form for the respective colleges and based on the merit list admissions will be made. GUJCET 2021 is expected  be held in June 2021. After the exam is held some colleges will also consider GUJCET scores for admission. So in short keep checking the official websites of the colleges you want to apply to know about the admission process that they have decided to follow.

Tripura is different State from West Bengal. But in Tripura so many Bangali are living there. So I think you can get the Bengali NEET related books. If not then you can purchase those books from online application like Amazon, Flipkart. You will get easily every books for NEET in Bengali version. You can join online coaching for NEET also because the pandemic situation no coaching centre are allowed physical classes. So nothing is impossible dear. You have to focus and go for it.

Based on your JEE Mains Paper-1 Feb Attempt and March Attempt it can be said that it is better to go for Private Engineering Colleges rather than waiting and wasting 1 year time. You might not be sure whether you get admission in Goverment College next year. If you wish you wait and have faith that you definitely get government college next get then you can drop if not got for Private Engineering Colleges.
