NTA
Hello Dear,
If your score of JEE Main is 88 then your General AIR rank must be between 82249 - 63079. You have not mentioned your category. There is a very less chance that you can get any NIT on your rank. You have not mentioned your home state as you should try for your home state NIT. but as you know cut off depends upon the number of seats available, the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates writing the examination. And, hence varies every year depending on these factors. You can check the rank vs percentile vs marks below:

Good Luck
Hello Aspirant,
See the marks and corresponding percentile which you have mentioned is not matching because on 128 marks out of 300 marks in JEE-Main 2021 it is not possible to have such low percentile, this can only be possible in the case if the paper for that shift is very easy or more than very easy which was not really for February session. So you might have calculated wrong marks using the answer key or there is some error in your result so I would recommend you to reach out to NTA, inform them about your issue because if the situation that you have mentioned is true then on 128 marks a General girl can get seat in good colleges like IIITs.
If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the marks mentioned by you in the question your percentile is expected to be in the range of 95.79 - 97.57, you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
