NTA
Hello,
According to your percentile your All India rank would fall somewhere between 255648-287385. With this rank it is impossible for you to get a seat in any of the IIITs or NITs. Moreover, it seems next to impossible to get a seat in any of the GFTIs (Government Funded Technical Institutions) also. But you can check the Opening and Closing ranks of Ghani Khan Choudhary Institute of Engineering and Technology, Malda, West Bengal. Since you didn't mention your stream, it is not possible for me to predict. Go through the official website of JOSAA by copy paste this link in your browser

Hello.
If a question is dropped by the National Testing Agency (NTA) in the JEE (Mains) examination, every student attending that Session will get 4 marks, even if they have attempted it or not. Students who have attempted it incorrectly will also get 4 marks and those who have attempted correctly. Hence, equal marks will be given to all the candidates. Your marks will not be increased and will remain X.
I hope this helps.

Dear aspirant,
I would like to know what type of nta score are you talking about because nta score according to me is the percentile which you get in jee mains and here you have mentioned 209 . I am not able to get you. Please mention in the comment is 209 is the marks you scored in jee mains??
See the percentile is good enough to take you to NITs/IIITs is determined by your category and as you have not mentioned your category so assuming your category as General category, and for general candidate this percentile is no good because it can only take you to GFTIs of state level. If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2020 then according to the percentile mentioned by you in the question your rank is expected to be in the range of 124090 - 139495, you can check out marks Vs ranks Vs Percentile from the link given below :-
There is no difference between NTA score and percentile in JEE main, both are same. Your percentile in JEE Main is 70. It is expected that your overall rank will be around 306900 - 345000
If you are a general category candidate then with this rank your chance is very low to get seats through the counselling procedure. But you have the chance to improve your rank in thee upcoming phases of JEE Main. To improve your JEE preparation check the link below

thankyou.
