If someone is not eligible for JEE Mains, then while filling the application form only , his/her application form is rejected not the said candidate is not able to process it as he/she is not eligible for appearing for the JEE Mains examination conducted by the National Testing

If you have read the information brochure carefully, for uploading the cast certificate if you are applicable then you should upload that. Form 16 is not mentioned in the brochure. So accordingly the application of yours should be rejected. So for this case you need to contact the concerned

See if you don't have your EWS certificate right now with you then you can apply for it and on the place of EWS certificate you have to upload the self undertaking which signifies that you have applied for EWS certificate and you will submit your EWS certificate
