You have not mentioned the rank card of which examination you wish to know about. Hoping you wish to know about JEE mains result, The National Testing Agency is yet to announce that. Although the rank and percentile is available, the tentative date for downloading the rank card
It is not possible for you to take part in admission process if you do not have the marksheet of improvement exam. You can try for JEE 2021 if you don't get the marksheet of improvement exam well before the admission.
