Hey dear, cutoff varies every year, if you see the last year's cutoff which went very high that even students getting 500 marks were unable to get a govt. Mbbs seat. So with 260 marks if you are expecting bds seat, than you have some chances if there is an average cutoff, just stay tuned to counselling. You can also use college predictor through this link:

Hi Janak,
I am sorry to say that, now though everything has been over and even the Exam has been conducted, you can not make any change.
Now, anytime sooner, the result can be declared, and now there will not be any correction window be provided. 30 September 2020 was the last opportunity provided by NEET.
Let's hope if such updates come in the future.
Dear candidate,
according to the latest notification by NTA dated on 12.10.20, only those candidate are eligible for retest scheduled on 14.10.2020 who were not able to gave NEET exam held on 13.09.2020 due to reasons as follows
1. either they are in containment zone ( as on 13.09.20)
2. or they were corona positive (as on 13.09.20)
therefore as per the information shared by you, you are not eligible for retest going to happen on 14.10.2020.
hope this answer solves your query.
Yup according to the latest public notice released by NTA dated on 12.10.2020, the testing agency is conducting a retest only for those candidates who are unable to attend the exam dated on 13.09.2020 due to mainly two reasons.
1 either they are in containment zone,
2 or are corona positive as on 13.09.2020
and the date of retest is 14.10.2020
and the result of both the main test and the retest ( dated on 13.09.20 and 14.10.20 respectively) will be announced on 16.10.20,
therefore NTA is conducting retest only for those student who fulfill both conditions above.
hope it helps.
