Hi aspirant, after declaration of result suppose now you have got 80.4 percentile after declaration of result one should choose wether they want to go forward for JEE Adavance or they should fill the counselling form for counselling on behalf of JEE Mains msrks after appering in counselling and verification of your documents you will be alloted a seat in any college. After that you need to visit the college to confirm the presence and thus you become a college student. That's it.
You haven't mentioned your Category as each one has different cut-offs, as per previous year data under state quota it's tough to secure a GMC if you belong to General/OBC/EWS with your given marks, if you belong to reserved categories such as SC/ST, chances are comparatively higher to secure a GMC seat.

Your marks is good but is it good enough to secure a government MBBS seat in All India Quota is kind of difficult to answer. Seeing the increase in cut off in the last two years you can't say it with surety what will be the cut off for this year.
If cut offs goes low there might be the chance that your get a government college from you home state domicile.

Hello Neha!
EBCs are the economically backward classes whose annual income is less or equal to 1 lakh in Bihar state.
The creamy layers of the OBCs, i.e the BC sub category comprises of families that earn more than 1 lakh annually. The EBC category enjoys 18% reservation of all MBBS seats in Bihar.
You said that you applied under unreserved category in NEET exam and appeared as a UR candidate. Hence, you do not hold OBC category rank. Applying through any other caste reservation will cause discrepancies and can push you into trouble .
