------------------------) Appear in neet
In order to be able to appear in NEET you need to be eligible for it.To be eligible for neet one must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology/biotechnology and English and must have got at least 50 % in aggregate of PCB i.e Physics, Chemistry and Biology /biotechnology in 12th examination if belongs to general category , or at least 40% in aggregate of PCB if belongs to Obc/ Sc /stcategory . Also to be eligible for neet one has to be at least 17 years old by 31st December of the year of appearing.

General :- 50th Percentile
OBC:- 40th Percentile

With reference to your above mentioned query, i would like to tell you that with the above rank scored by you in NEET PG you have less chances to get DNB general Medicines or DNB Nuclear medicine even with the Unreserved rank(UR). It is because the NEET PG cutoff varies every year and is different for different category students. It depends on various factors like difficulty level of the paper, number of students appearing for the examination, previous year trends etc.

Unfortunately, you are not eligible for getting admission into M.Sc Nuclear Medicine.
M.Sc Nuclear Medicine eligibley criteria:
Education Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.Sc in Nuclear Medicine from a recognised College are only eligible to study M.Sc Nuclear Medicine.
Admission Criteria: Merit or Entrance exam depending on the College.
