I got 39000 rank can I get cse in oc catagory

Sohamsengupta8 27th Jul, 2022
Hello Student
You have not mention the name of the examination in which you have got 39000 rank. If It is AP EAMCET aur TS EAMCET aur KCET or Tancet then then you have to pass examination with science subjects like physics chemistry mathematics for engineering degree or PG courses admission and have to appear for those examinations for taking admission in engineering courses in the states of Tamilnadu, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka and have to secure at least 15000 less rank to get computer science engineering either in UG or PG courses admission.

jhasuyash006 26th Jul, 2022

Hello Manoj,

Congratulations for your result. It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank as the trends changes every year because it depends on many factors like number of students appeared, shift, toughness, etc.

But we can predict your result based on the previous trends. Let us take the worst case and considering 100 as your JEE Main score. With 100 score your percentile will be around 92.57 - 95.03. With 92.57 percentile, your CRL-AIR will be around 76009 - 85445 and OBC rank will be around 22000. You can verify your rank by using our rank predictor tool which is given below:

Getting a govt seat would depend more on the rank you will be getting in NEET 2022. But going by previous year's data you may expect a MBBS seat in semi- government medical college.

Sevit Kar 27th Aug, 2022

Hello,

As you are from obc category then you would be given reservation benefit for the ipu counselling too. Your obc rank would definitely be considered. But your rank is a bit low so kindly opt for lower cut off colleges for a better branch.

Jee mens 2022 me crack karnen ke liye obc candidate ko 12th me PCM me kitna Percent marks chahiye

Snigdha Kesavaraju 15th Jul, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

The marks of 12th grade or Intermediate do not have a weightage on the ranks determined by the JEE Mains examination. The ranks are the deciding factor of admissions in different colleges and thus the basic requirement would be to pass all subjects with appropriate scores in PCM.

As a JEE aspirant, your primary focus must be to score well in the JEE Mains examination. Being an OBC candidate, you should try to score above the 70 percentile to be on the safer side and to be eligible for JEE Advanced.

For a better understanding, you can check out the previous year's cut-off in the links given below:
