i have a score of 114 in uceed and i am a OBC candidate with OBC rank of 270 i am out side delhi region. Can i get admission in dtu?

Piyush 25th May, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Looking at the previous year UCEED Cutoff in DTU (Delhi Technical University), you have decent to low chances to get admisison seat in DTU. Uceed examination is taken for total marks 300. Out of these total 300 marks youhave got 140 and you are a OBC category student. For OBC category student in general 40th percentile marks is needed for qualifying in the UCEED examination. The previous year Cutoff says that in order to get admission in DTU, for the lowest branch you have to score 150-180 and for the highest branch you have to score 180-250 .

Further more, please note that the above mentioned cutoff and marks for UCEED is based totally on the previous year Cutoff and data, the actual marks and score for this year may vary as it vary for every year.

Further, to know more about the UCEED Cutoff for previous years you can follow the below mentioned link to know more : https://design.careers360.com/articles/uceed-cutoff

I hope that this will help.

vyshnava kumar 9th Apr, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing great.

So, with regard to your query, YES, IITs ask for the income certificate of your family if you wish to seek admission into Mtech through the OBC-NCL category. It is just for the purpose of cross verification, you must produce them during the counselling process.

Hope it helps you,

Thank you.

Probably how many marks required in jee mains to take admission in cse branch in COEP for home state obc candidate in 2022

Piyush kesarwani 1st May, 2022

hello aspirant,

Admission to COPE is done on the basis of MHTCET exam and also from the JEE mains exam. Since you have mentioned you belong to the Home state Quota OBC category, then looking at the previous year MHTCET Cutoff, You need to score more than 170 marks in MHT CET to get CSE branch in COEP.

If you talk about JEE mains, then looking at the previous year JEE mains Cutoff,  you need to score 150+ in JEE mains in order to get CSE branch in COEP to be on safer side.

Further, please note that the above prediction is based on the previous year Cutoff trends and analytics adn it may vary, since the JEE mains Cutoff bound to change every year. The JEE mains and MHTCET Cutoff are based on several factors like : Number of aspirants appearing, previous year cutoff trends, difficulty level of the paper, etc.

450 marks is enough for getting medical seat for a obc candidate

Yogita 11th Apr, 2022

Hello aspirant,

Hope you are doing good....!!!!!

I got 450 marks in neet UG 2020 and I have a place with OBC class which clinical College I can get in india. As you have a place with OBC, then you ought to have score above 400+ which you got. So you might get chance in a few private schools where the shorts are less. As your score is 450

Or on the other hand

With 450 you won't get any government college by 15% quota. You might get school by state quota(not Delhi). You can get affirmation in may of the private universities with this score.

Hope this information helps you..!!

All the best!!

iam a obc candidate but my obc certificate has not been made and by the time i will get the certificate the registration process will be over so can i select obc as my catogary in form and at the time of admission in colleges I will provide...

rjain249403 19th Feb, 2022

Hi Gaurav, definitely it would take time to get an OBC certificate if you apply now. So, iys completely fine to proceed if they aren't asking to upload the necessary certificate right now and just ok with you filling in the category. You can later on present the required certificate to the authority.

But remember there are legal norms for every college and university. So if that goes well with your one's, and they are ok with the submitting of OBC certificate at a later point, you can do that way.

Hope this answers.

Thanks.

OBC ko kitna percent raha chahiye 12th me

Anurag Khanna 18th Feb, 2022

Hello Aspirant,

As per your profile you are an engineering aspirant so you might be asking for JEE-Main, if not then please mention the correct one in the comment section given below.

Very important thing, I would like to clear you that there is no percentage criteria to appear for JEE-Main but yes if you are seeking admission to NITs/IIITs on the basis of JEE-Main score or if you have to sit for JEE-Advance then 75% in class 12th is required for unreserved candidates and 65% for reserved category so you will be considered under reserved category only if you belongs to OBC-NCL otherwise if you are under Creamy Layer of OBC then you will be considered as unreserved candidate..

****** Also note that since last 2 years this criteria has been waived off due to the pandemic but most probably this year the criteria might get restored, so kindly wait until any official notification gets out.

JEE-Main eligibility criteria is mentioned below :-

1--- There is no age limit to appear in JEE-Main but note that there might be the age limit in any particular institution taking admission through JEE-Main score, so you should keep this thing in mind.

2--- To be eligible for JEE-Main one should have passed 10+2 examination with Physics, Mathematics as mandatory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject from any of the recognized central or state board.

3--- For JEE-Main 2022 only those candidates who have passed Class 12 / equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or 2022; or those who will be appearing in Class 12th / equivalent examination in 2022, would be eligible to appear.

So if you follow all above criterion then you are definitely eligible for JEE-Main.
