The reason doctors get 10 typing in English of salary it varies from 40000 in first year 45000 second year and 50000 in 3rd year stipend varies from state to state to state. The list stipends are paid in the state of Tamil Nadu which is 30000 in first year 35000 second year 40000 in third year. The highest stipend sirf 84 to the resident doctors in the state of Bihar and state of Karnataka. Resident doctors get 50000 first year, 55000 second year, and 60000 in 3rd year.

The chance is very low.With 75 percentile you cant expect any good government colleges in Odisha even if you are OBC.You can expect a private college with this percentile in OBC background.However getting a government college through 1st and 2nd round counselling is not possible.However you can try in mop up round even if there is lower chances.
