SBI PO Eligibility criteria-
Age Criteria : people who are between 18 years to 30 years as on April 2021 can apply for the examination. Age relaxation will follow as per the govt rules. There are 5 years aged if belong to SC and ST category, 3 years for OBC Backward category, it’s 10 to 15 years for PWD category applicants, for J&K 5 Year and SSSO/ECO & Ex-Servicemen 5 years.
Educational Qualification Criteria : people who have done their graduation in any of the disciplines from some recognized university can apply for the SBI PO 2021 Examination. additionally, if the candidate is within the last semester then one also can apply as well but they have to submit the pass certificate.
So, if you are fulfilling these criterion then you can apply for SBI PO 2021.

St. Johns Medical College is a private institute. As per your query, your marks will anywhere range between 200-300. The institute has trend approx 10 seats open for candidates all over India out of 150 seats.
The last rank to get St Johns in the second round counseling conducted by KEA was around an AIR of 9000 and a marks of 594 as of 2019 trends. The OJEE follows top to bottom approach,that means if a certain college's branch comes under your rank is above that will be selected and locked and the option's below it are not checked.So,even if the top three colleges are not possible with your rank there is no problem with just applying because even if you don't get those a choice under the colleges where you have chance is eventually locked.
So there is no harm in trying,and this will not reduce your chances at any college because the algorithm follows a rank wise approach that is priority is given to the student with higher ranks first and then to the below ranks.
