I am from odisha getting 564 mark. From general catagory so pls tell me which college will I get from my state .

Hey,

Regarding your query at first I would like to inform you that your All India General Merit rank is expected to be in between 18281 - 20431 in NEET UG 2020.

Reference: https://medicine.careers360.com/neet-rank-predictor

We all have known to the fact that without officially released cut-off details of NEET UG 2020 for all Government and private MBBS and BDS colleges in Odisha by Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) cell, Odisha, it's quite difficult for us to make any accurate comment about the precise cut-off marks of this year for any college in Odisha.

Still as per our assumption and previous year's (2019) details it can be estimated that you've enough chances to get admitted in several top-esteemed Government and private MBBS and BDS colleges in your state through 85% Home State quota with this marks and rank. I'm making a list for those colleges genuinely suitable as per your performance in NEET UG 2020.

MBBS:

BDS:

Pranay Bundel 8th Oct, 2020

It is difficult to tell you about the admission possiblity exactly because every year cutoff varies due to various factor, but as per the details shared by you and considering previous year cutoffs there are very less chances that you get MBBS seat through 15% central quota or 85% state quota.

Any one here can say expected cutoff for odisha in neet 2020 for general category under state quata????its only expected analysis by question paper and some factor???????

priyaankasarkar Student Expert 7th Oct, 2020

In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 31348 secured a seat in GMC, Balasore, That was the cut off for General Category under State Quota for Odisha. This is roughly a score of 540-550. Now cut offs change every year depending on various factors like no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So this year, we are expecting an increase in cut offs by atleast 20 marks. If that happens, then the cut off for General Category might be around 560-575. This is just an estimated cut off. . sir i get 105634 rank in obc catagory female, in state of odisha. can i get any nit

Shivani sunil kakde 7th Oct, 2020

Dear Aspirant,

As you know that the total number of seats in NIT are 21,133 and total number of seats in IIIT are 4300 approximately. So your rank should be under 20,000 to get admission in good NIT with good branch. With your rank it's way difficult to get admission even in any low NIT or IIIT.

You can try your luck in good private and semi government college's of your state. You can also use the given below link to predict your college by submitting your JEE rank.

I belongs to Odisha. If I will give the RIE CEE exam, then can I get admission in other RIEs or I am bound to take admission at RIE BHUBANESHWAR only..... I also want to know the Cutoff mark for all RIEs in India......

aswathypadinjakkara 16th Nov, 2020

Hello aspirant

This year the REE CEE exam is cancelled due to the corona pandemic. The students are selected on the basis of the marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination. So the cutoff this year varies depending on the no of students applied and the marks obtained by them. The candidates have to meet the eligibility criteria prescribed by NCERT Examination Board.

I have got 91.171 percentile in jee main 2020.Can i get any nit.My home state is odisha. My crl is 95137 and in obc category is 27837

ARYAN SAGAR 7th Oct, 2020
Dear student,

As you have got 91.171 percentile score in JEE mains 2020, with CRL rank 95137 and obc rank 27837, so there is no chance that you can get any nits.

As you home state is odisha then also by applying your home state quota you can not get nit rourkela.
And also you can not get any seat in lower nits too.
Even from your obc category rank you cannot get any nits.
But still it's advisable to participate in josaa counseling and try your luck, though you will not get any nits.

Or you can better try at some other state colleges or private institutions.

Also you can use our JEE mains college predictor tool to get an appropriate idea of the colleges or NIT that you can get on the basis of JEE mains percentile score or rank :-
