At a rank of 95K it's not possible to get NITs, IIITs, BIT Meshra, or any regional college like CoEP or VJTI or DTU.

Yes you are eligible for Odisha government nursing admission. For ANM - You must have passed 10+2 from CHSE Odisha or equivalent or from any National Institute of open school. For GNM - ou must have passed 10+2 from CHSE Odisha or equivalent or from any National Institute of open school with minimum 40% marks. For basic B.Sc - you must have passed 10+2 with physics, chemistry and biology.

As far as your rank is concerned you do have chances to get colleges like NIT Srinagar, Agartala, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur . In GFTis you can get colleges like Gurughasidas bilaspur, Kongri Vishwavidyalaya, BIT Mesra, Assam University.
