Dear aspirant
Always try to mention the course name and counseling for which you are asking
Although No, they will not accept the accept the caste certificate issued by any other state if counseling is conducted by state authorities, if it's central counseling or all india counseling then college will accept that. If you are not able to produce the domicile certificate and caste certificate from the same state then you will be not Able to take benefit of caste reservations, you will be automatically regarded as Gen category and you will be allotted college according to that only.
So if you want to get benifits of 27% OBC-NCL benefits, you need to make your caste certificate from the Delhi state itself if you have domicile certificate of Delhi.
Hope this information helps you
All the best

But yes ,
As per past year trends,
>>>>>>>> With 80 marks

Hello Madhusmita,
Congratulations for your result. Calculating the exact rank for you. It is quite difficult to predict the exact rank as the trends changes every year because it depends on many factors like number of students appeared, shift, toughness, etc.
But we can predict your result based on the previous trends. With 65 percentile your CRL-AIR will be around 358050 - 402500 and your OBC rank will be around 19998. You can verify your rank by using our rank predictor tool which is given below:
https://engineering.careers360.com/jee-main-rank-predictor
In order to get a seat in IIITs, you need to score at least 92 percentile as per past year trends in OBC category.
Thus, with 65 percentile, chances are low for IITs.
If you want to check the chances of getting a college, you can go through our college predictor link which is given below:

Thank you and all the best for your future.
