Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the good government colleges as per previous year's cut-offs so I would recommend you to take a drop and prepare for JEE-Main 2021 because you can get some private colleges on this rank but if you want government colleges then you should take a drop and prepare if you can afford it.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.

hi,
see asbm university or ravnshaw university both are quite good to pursue bba course. however a student can go anywhere to better study , and students belongs to disha or any other state may go for other state or delhi to pursue higher study if she/ he can get admission, has the ability to have the pay fess etc. however before choosing any college you must aware of the certain facts like college infrastructure, placements, faculty members ration to students, work shops and other necessary facilities for students. however if you have financial issue it would be best to study the nearest college since it would save your lodging fees. however many of the college has scholarship schemes for meritorious students and lots of scholarship available after 12th for higher studies.
some of the top bba college in delhi
shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (SSCBS)

Hey,
Since Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) cell, Odisha hasn't released official cut-off details of NEET UG 2020 for top and esteemed MBBS colleges of Odisha, so we have to follow the previous year's (2019) cut-off trend to make any decision regarding your admission possibilities. So I can refer you to through the following link :
After analysing the above details provided through the link it would be quite clear for you also that since you're a General-UR candidate, you don't have any kind of possibility to get admission in the top and renowned Government MBBS instituions in Odisha. Because as per 2019's data, you had to secure almost 565-70 marks to get chance in these kind of colleges in Odisha.
It's obvious that the statewise cut-off marks change every year based on several determining factors like number of appeared canditates, number of successful candidates, difficulty level of question paper, total available seats etc. Still I guess that the last year's cut-off marks can't be too much decreased from 565 to become 525. So it's better to leave the hope for Government MBBS seats in Odisha.
However your marks is perfectly suitable for several top Government BDS Colleges in this state, if you wish you can go for it.
