Here are the updates regarding the obc-ncl criteria released by Odisha govt- Odisha government has announced 27 per cent reservation for candidates belonging to the Socially & Educationally Backward Classes (SEBC) in state elections. Moreover, a proposal by the Odisha State Commission for Backward Classes (OSCBC) was approved on February 26 to survey the social and educational conditions of the people belonging to backward classes.

Since you have not good very good percentage in the examination it should be difficult for you to get into some of the best engineering colleges but since you are from OBC category you can get some decent colleges in some of the rounds. Moreover you can also register yourself for the counselling process in order to get admission through the state quota criteria. Some of the colleges which might be of your interest- GIET Gunupur, kalinga Institute of information Technology, CV Raman global University, Adarsha college of Engineering, Siksha o anusandhan University, are some of them.

Cutoff varies every year depending on number of aspirants and exam difficulty.
But for last years, cutoff rank for SC category in government medical Colleges in Orissa was between 1310-2222

As you have mentioned that you have 50% of disability so you are eligible for 5% PwD horizontal reservation across all categories through NEET provided that you must have valid PwD certificate. Now if your PwD certificate is made by the government hospital of Odisha then it must be valid but for state quota counselling of Odisha and if you want to get seat through All India Quota then you will have to get your PwD certificate verified from any of the listed Hospitals :-

The eligibility criteria for nursing is passing 10+2 higher secondary with PCB and an aggregate of 45% marks from a recognised board (AISSCE/ CBSE/ ICSE/ SSCE/ HSCE)
Hence you are eligible for the same and can get a seat in government nursing college.

OJEE cell will release the Odisha MBBS cutoff 2020 in the last week of November. As you know their will be 85% reservation for state quota candidates and 15% reservation for All India quota(AIQ).
