I ve done all my studies in Andhra Pradesh even my certificates also.But I ve a caste certificate of SC from Odisha so will it be a problem to apply for OJEE neet counseling as it requires a domicile certificate

Yes It will be a problem if you don't have Odisha state Domicile certificate. If you have stayed more than 10 years, then you can make your domicile certificate.

you need to give donation fees if you get admission through management quota.

unless if you get the college through counselling and interview process there is no fees for donation. hope you may understand.
