Well i see that you have applied for bpharmacy in ojee in first allotment of ojee counselling, But as you state that your  application was rejected due to income certificaate, i guess then you won't be eligible , if the matter is your income certificate , then i don't think

Yes, you have to go for accepting your seat, if the institute allotted to you is same as in the first round. Otherwise, the seat will be canceled. After accepting your seat and Document verification complete your admission process.
